Chudleigh is a small town of 4000 people just off the A38, 7 miles south of Exeter. In 2008 a Film Society was set up by a small group of local people as a not-for-profit organisation to provide community cinema for Chudleigh and the locality.

We offer a broad range of films with wide appeal. These include titles chosen from recent features, best of British, World cinema, Hollywood classics etc. In choosing the programme we take note of suggestions from the BFFS, our members, and also the opinions of the audience at each screening which are recorded on feedback slips.

All films are shown on our large 4m x 3m screen, in 1080P (HD quality).

Although Chudleigh Film Society is open to all, (no membership required, just £5 on the door, £3 under 21s), we would , however, encourage you to join the Society so that you can contribute to its success. Annual subscription for all is only £15 plus £1 on the door for each film you come to see,

Gold Membership is available for £38, which gives you free admission to all programmed screenings, along with a reserved armchair & cushion.
